Hope this flight in September of 2020. canceled it the first week of March 2021 for my April today May vacation. Go to gate handled my return flight home from Prague to Miami. I do have an email stating that they filed for a refund with TAP airlines. That I received from them on March 17th. As of today no word of a refund. Can't even get them on the phone. User's recommendation: Avoid go to gate all together! Go directly through your airlines to avoid these issues that they play.
