Status of reimbursement claim

Have not been able to resolve a claim after MANY calls replacement of water heater resulted in a $400 refund after establishing a new lease for the heater. Process form stated a 30 day process----30 days have gone by no communication other than,"it's being reviewed" User's recommendation: repair service good, customer service is the pits.
