Called them because my dryer was leaving marks on my clothing. They were able to come out that day and fix the problem... until I threw in a load of clean clothes and it never dried. Called them back and made a four hour window appointment for the next day- never showed. I called and they said that the technician was running late. Made the same window appointment for the next day- never showed even though the day before we were “at the top of the board”. Still waiting for someone to show this morning for our 8-12 window. Called and they said most of the technicians don’t start until 10. So now my four hour window has turned into a 72 hour window and still haven’t seen anyone.
