Standard Delivery Express Poor Service and Poor Process

All my items ordered overseas were RTS and have never been tried to even deliver. As per the status of the delivery, start when it was delivered to Pasig Hub up to tagging as RTS were done only in a day and there were never an attempt to deliver, they just put it on hold in a matter of 8 minutes. There was never an attempt to even deliver the item and worst is I can only contact a customer support, who only replied to me what was also in the status in my App, they cannot even answer my questions.I have reported the case so many times in every change in status but the customer services didnt help at all and even added to my frustrations. This is the third time this has happened and its very frustrating and irritating already. I have been emailing requests to monitor and to fix this issue as this always happens when using shoppee standard delivery service SPX especially when the items came from overseas. I have upcoming delivery ongoing and I am hoping, begging and even praying that you will check on this issue and fix the problem as soon as possible.
