Do not lease an apartment from Stallard and Associates. They charge $30 if 4 days late and $3 per day thereafter. They will not notify you of late fees, give you a copy of your payment history to prove when you were late, and will evict you for late fees. My kids rented from them in Saxony Court apartments. In November they were told they owed $30 in late fees but not from when. January 12,2011 they received an eviction notice with court date and a balance of $384.58 with late fees accruing from that date until the court date on Jan. 26, 2011 of $3 per day. The apartment is over priced, has a roach problem, very loud tenants, plumibng issues, and half of the electical sockets do not work.
