Transfer a car from Enterprise in Ohio to Houston, TX. The car looked great condition online; nice and clean. The sales lady called and said the car arrived. Come over and lets signed the paperwork. Upon arrival the car was being detail, etc.... Okay, good. Signed paperwork and received a car with no moon roof as stated online. The sale lady said it was a little dirty, so we clean it. Once car seats dried, you can see stains all over. I have tried to clean the seats a few time but the stains are still visible. Then she said can return but you will not get your transfer fee.
