I have been a patient of this office for several years, however, ever since the location moved into Woodmill the enviroment has drastically changed. The front desk staff of this location is INCREDIBLY unprofessional one girl even used " motherf***er" while I was there. The front desk mis-ordered my glasses twice, therefore I wanted to go else where. When I called the office to resolve the financial end of the situation I was told I "wan't getting *** So if your a fan of GOD-AWFUL service then Dr.Tocker's for you!! I fervently discourage anyone from going there, not only is the customer service appalling, my prescription was incorrect TWICE.
