I have Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company's policy, called:- Whole Life Legacy 10 Pay. On Nov 21, 2016 I called MassMutual office and talked to their rep Stacy, after solving my login issues, I asked her about the difference in fees if I pay my premium in full. She said to me that," I will save no money/fees, if I pay my premium in full once a year. According to Stacy, monthly installments has no installment fee added. I found it unbelievable but not said anything, since my installment were paid automatically. Next year before my annual premium was due again, on Dec 4, 2017 I called again and found out that, YES I do save $561.07 if paid in full. MassMutual never sent any statement in eight years. After I complaint, I am receiving too many statements and correspondence all the time. Paying in installments cost me $561.07per year for 8 years.
