Staff issues

I check in to this hotel on the 14th of may 2021 last night from Georgia, the room was not clean not enough towels to use the next morning the tv was not working no telephone to use , microwave was not working I quickly informed the receptionist the maintenance guy came nothing is been done As I speak I dont have towels no soap to bath I had to go to Walmart and buy towels and soap no hair dyno
