Staff is inexperienced and doesn’t show regard for customer satisfaction

On 10/21/2019, in Noblesville, IN, at 12:00 pm I arrived to find there was no iced tea (second time for this) and I didn't have time to wait. Also the Coke machine was out. Your employee said to "wait for the Coke machine". I didn't have time to wait (lunch break). So I picked out a bottled coke and your employee wouldn't open it, stating that it would be 50 cents more. Really? There was no tea and no fountain beverages availabe and your employee wanted me to pay extra?? Is this good customer service? I don't think these employees are doing their job with no tea or fountain drinks during lunch hour! It's not the 50 cents, it's the point that your employee did not apologize for the issue or provide any alternative! I may or may not, contingent upon your timely response. Thank you.
