Staff is extremely slow in the drive-through and inside the store. It took 10 minutes and me asking on my previous visit can somebody help me before someone came to the register to help me.

Today I sat in their drive-through for over 45 minutes. This to me seems unacceptable I have this issue at this El Pollo Loco on my previous visit inside of the store I stood at the register before anyone even acknowledged me for about five minutes then they said Ill be right with you in another five minutes went by so I asked can somebody help me and finally somebody came this to me is not working the system theyre using is not working and maybe they could use some extra training Im very disappointed
