Fandangonow does not work. I rented a movie it won’t play. I wait 1hour on hold to bad elevator music. Only to have rudeness and no issue resolved...then the line goes dead. The staff is rude. In all my life I have not met a more rotten bunch. How the heck are they going to stay in business. They won’t is the simple answer. Eventuality ROKU will replace them like the previous companies. A bunch of dumb *** _ _ _ _ _ _ _. Ouch ..... the truth will set u free. Sad the day an age of holding doors and plz and ty have been forgotten. Do your job or go flip burgers. If u do not like customer service don’t take a job to be a nasty employee. Zero respect for this co. I wish I could give 0 stars
