I've had several several complaints about Stacy. nothing is getting resolved my car has been in and out of the shop eight different times and I'm making several payments on it I have not missed my payment in over one year. I have an $18 service fee that we made an agreement on paying $3 a week on. my balance is now $6 owed and I'm getting calls repeatedly from Stacy snotty attitude telling me that I owe her $6 I spoke with Marty the general manager he was supposed to speak with her. however 3 hours after I was assured that Marty would have a talk with Stacy I get another snotty phone call from Stacy saying I owe her $6 and Marty never spoke with her I'm regretting even going to JD Byrider if there was any way out of this loan I would do it in a heartbeat I will never ever send anyone there that way for their business very rude people I have never ever question my car payment never been late I said and she's being petty over $6 Friday is my due date she calls me on Tuesday about my payment and three dollars. I have asked her several times not to call me. if she cannot speak to me like a customer. I do not want her calling me again I have tried resolving this nicely. This is been going on for one year of *** I've tried to speak with Marty obviously he lied to me too since I've talked to him and 3 hours later she calls me again this is getting ridiculous I need someone to come in there and speak to her about her attitude towards customers I could understand if I owed you $600 but what this is all about a petty $6 which in Contracting agreement is $3 a week which I have proof because the last few weeks it' shows I have been paying 3 dollars see what I mean I'm tired of her calling me and harassing me when I am there every Friday making 2 car payments and insurance bills I am tired of it.
