I wish I would have done more research. Reviews had rated it in the top 5, but if you search 'spytech spyagent refund', you get all the dissatisfied reviews. This product is not easy to use at all. I kept having to reinstall the program after shutting my coumputer down. Half the time, the keys to open the program would not open it and there was no other way to get into it because it is 'stealth' version. And no refunds! Just wasted money when I ended up getting a free program off the internet. Please do lots of research before buying.
