Then by doing a search on the Internet they find relatives names and address. Then they send correspondence to that person or persons found with the search. Their information accuracy is only speculative. People receive a condolence and a pitch for services from Spring Monuments. This type of correspondence is disturbing especially if you have NOT lost a loved one. How can they target people with false information of that nature? This is Despicable Practice and should not continue.
