Sprint has been deceptive with me during the ordering process. And they play tactical games by switching you to different departments that make you start all over with your previous conversation then they transfer you again. I have had to be on the phone for three hours for something that should have taken 10-20 min User's recommendation: Don't buy sprint phones because they lie to you.
