I received several emails that my account was accessed by Thailand, France, and United States. I attempted to access my account to change my password, but I received an email that I didn't have an account, so I tried to create an account, I received an error that there was already an account with that email. This prompted me to I contact Spotify via chat since I received contradictory error messages. The agent said I should create a new account with a new email. How is this the resolution?
