Handle was spinning called in to the safe department, they to explained how to use 1/2" concrete sleeve as temp handle since I knew my combination, worked very well, I appreciate the support. Safe department sent me a detailed email, it was easy to follow, User's recommendation: Great service very knowledgeable.
