We were promised a 2 bedroom condo and when we arrived it was only a one bedroom. We were told we would receive TWO (2) certificates for a 3 day, 2 Night stay at ANY Choice Hotels, including Hilton and Marriott hotel stays ANYWHERE including the state of Wisconsin. When we called for reservations, they stated we were only eligible for ONE certificate, and they had to be the properties they listed and there has not been ANYTHING available in Wisconsin for quite some time. As I continued to call Spinnaker to get this problem resolved, the 60 day expired. In continuing to try and reach them, the number had since been changed, disconnected, and no longer in service. When I finally reached a "manager" in customer service, he stated there was nothing they could do as I was given the incorrect information, I could still use the certificates but I would be required to attend a presentation again.
