A hose connected to the transmission fluid change machine fell out of the engine opening where it was inserted, causing a large quantity of transmission fluid to spray over the engine. This fluid dripped on the floor of the garage at home, creating a huge stinking mess. User's recommendation: I mentioned the above to the mgr. of a Valvoline Oil Change a day ago, the same thing happened again with a different car, different Valvoline location.
