Spencers Retail – Motor Oil Review from Mumbai, Maharashtra

Spencer is charging more than MRP. Today I baught 1L engine oil whose MRP was printed as Rs. 115. However when it was billed I was surprised to see that Rs 117 was billed. This has happened today(21/06/2015), spencers, axis mall, new town, Kolkata. I am wondering how much we already have cheated in this way because normally we does not recheck bills. On pointing out the customer service guy have given free gifts and blamed system. Thanks Barun 9836444573
