Also, I did not pay $6000 for an education system, I paid for a product which you said would make me money. For a while I had not seen any money come in, I was asked to wait for at least 3 months to see any revenue come in for the site to get picked up by the search engines.. Pretty swift. Then, as I was modifying my own sites I accidently clicked on Google Adsense links, I saw some revenue coming in ( 3 cents or so). . but it was because I was clicking on my own links. Not from visitors. So now I am stuck with a bunch of dead domains that don't qualify for today's standards. I would have to buy more domains from Speedlings (importing my own domains from a different registrar has its limitations (15 a month). But then after a while, those domain names would not qualify either. Also I loved your marketing scam to create a contest to see who can create the most sites.. what did they get? More domain credits. Guess what, this just makes more money for you. Now when I log in, you created a marketplace for auctioning my domains and a "˜suggested value' for these domains. There is no actual value, and I can only wish to recover the $1000+ dollars that you claim these sites are worth, at least I will get back ~12% of my initial cost. Fees and chargesa. Speedlings product fees are charged via a subscription model. Prices quoted for Speedlings products are one year duration (12months) from the date you register Speedlings.b. Unless otherwise specified in these Speedlings Terms, any Speedlings Fees payable to us must be paid by the date requested, without deduction or set off by you. We may issue invoices to you electronically.d. Dependant on your country of residence, amounts payable to us may attract goods and services tax (GST). If GST is applicable, such an amount will be included in any amount specified as payable.e. We may set off any amounts we owe to you against any amounts owing to us under or in connection with these Speedlings Terms. 9. Paymentsa. Provided that you have complied with the terms of the Speedlings Terms, Speedlings will pay you a commission based on the total revenue generated by the use of our affiliate services on your Registered Domain(s) excluding any traffic that we deem to be fraudulent.b. The payment will be in US dollars and will be paid within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar month via PayPal. In most cases, payment is made sooner than this time frame.c. Google will pay you directly for your AdSense account.d. We will not pay your commission if you have breached any part of this agreement.e. We will not pay your commission if we suspect, at our sole discretion, or determine at any time that traffic generated to your account is fraudulent.f. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that any traffic generated to your account is fraudulent, we may:i. require you to fully reimburse Speedlings for any payments made by us in relation to fraudulent trafficii. consider all generated funds as forfeited by you, iii. permanently terminate your account, andiv. permanently ban all sites listed within your account from future entry to the System and share them with other entities. 10. Cancellation / terminationa. If you decide to cancel your membership or leave Speedlings:i. within 3 days from the date of payment of your first installment as per this enrollment form, you will receive a full refund of any Speedlings Fees you have paid LESS $200 per Speedlings site created during this period. The evaluation of Speedlings during this 3 day period does not include the creation of Speedlings sites. For example, if you create 5 Speedlings, and a refund is deemed appropriate, $200 x 5 Speedlings would be deducted from any refund due to you. b. You will not receive any refunds on any deposit or Speedlings Fees you have paid if you: (i) simply change your mind; or (ii) feel you have made a wrong decision; or (iii) you don't believe you're generating the traffic or income you expect. c. Refund requests must be made in writing. Verbal refund requests will not be accepted as valid requests. d.
