Speed Connect treats their customers horribly and their service is highly unreliable. I have been a customer for years. When I called to cancel service they became nasty and refused to send an email confirming cancellation. Do not patronize this business who will NEVER treat you like a valued customer. User's recommendation: Just say NO to SpeedConnect.
