Spectrum Ripped me off in SO MANY ways it isn’t funny!

SPECTRUM IS A RIP-OFF AND LIE ON TOP OF IT!!! I had service with Spectrum for several years. When the service was first started I had to pay 2 months up front because as they put it, "Your bills are always sent out for the NEXT Month of service". So I paid 2 months for the current month and the "NEXT" month. From then on the bills came each month and my payment was due on the 24th. When I cancelled my service with them, I cancelled it and returned "ALL" of their equipment (which I got a receipt for) on the 22nd of the month - 2 days BEFORE the NEXT MONTH bill was even due. Now I keep getting bills for the "partial month" that I supposedly used, but which IN FACT was paid the Previous month (since we pay a month in advance). When I called them they tried to tell me that the amount they're billing me is for the "CURRENT MONTH" - (which I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE). So somewhere along the line THEY CHANGED THE RULES without ever telling me or issuing any credit. So, Basically I AM BEING REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE SAME MONTH OF SERVICE TWICE!!!! Spoke with a representative and even a Supervisor, but since THEY ARE THIEVES, they wouldn't admit to anything so now I am having to PAY FOR AN EXTRA MONTH OF SERVICE that I NEVER RECEIVED. WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Since they are losing so much business due to their pathetic product and their pathetic Customer Service, I guess they have to SCREW WHOEVER THEY CAN.
