We just paid $300 for "handover cleaning" and I was very shocked to see that the apartment was just vacuumed. The windows, walls, toilet seats, kitchen cabinets, NOTHING WAS CLEANED. It was a horrible horrible job and needless to say when I called to complain, KEN the owner was not helpful at all and said it's not their fault if they cant scrub off some of the stains. When we tried to clean up ourselves the stains took less than 10 seconds to clean which showed that they barely did anything to clean the apartment! Aside from that everything was still very dusty, so this is probably the worst service I've ever had. NEVER USE THIS company!
