2/26/2018 After a system crash requiring rebuild of system HD from scratch, Rosetta Stone software will not allow the entry of activation code in boxes designated for same. I contacted their support via their web form, received a confirmation that they got the submission (along with a case number) but they refuse to provide any further support. I included invoice number, customer number etc. to prove legitimacy of license - still no support. I now have a $200 door stop (boxed CD set) and crickets from their "customer support".
