SouthernPhone total scam

Mynetfone sold their NBN plan to SouthernPhone. I had a problem with slow speed and it was reported to Mynerfone. Got no response as they delayed the resolution until SoutherPhone took over. ASbsolutely no response fromSouthernPhone via email or support desk (via chat) Going to cancel in a few days. Do not touch SOUTHERNPhone - absolute nightmare
