I purchased a Southern Motion rocker recliner ( Style 5313) in September 2018 and within a year I've had the arm detach, a motor burnt up, and now the replacement murder burnt up. I have been waiting for repair for a month but my store's service department say they cannot get a replacement motor from Southern Motion. This chair has been out of service over 1/4 of the time I've owned it !!!!!!
