I called Southern Living 2 times and they refused to check on how this happened. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they refused to do this. Even though they can verify charges made to credit cards and can reference charge card reference numbers they would do this. All they said was we do do not have an account with them so they did not charge us the amount shown on the credit card. We will never do business with Southern Living again.
