We puchased property from SOLC in October of 2011, and have since built a home and moved to the property. We have never had a single negetive experience with SOLC, and would recomend them to anyone looking for good property at a fair price. Tony, Jim, and the girls in the office have always been professional and helpfull. If you have had a problem with these folks, you must be a very hard person to get along with. Oh, it also helps if you make your land payments.
