I ordered online, a drum set( Alesis) from Music and Arts for my son. I opted for at home delivery. I got the set after 12 days , with 3 of its accessories missing. I tried to talk to the customer support. They first told me that they will replace the set. I kept following up. After talking to 4/5 different people on different days , they told me that those accessories doesn’t come with the set . I have to buy them separately. I tried to tell them that those come with the set but it didn’t solve the problem. I went back to the local Music and Arts Store( Exton , PA) where my son takes lesson . I told his drum teacher about the problem who recommended this drum set for me and the helped me order the set online from that store. He did his best !! He talked to the manager of the store Nick and Nick finally solved the problem for me by giving me those accessible from the local store. He told me that those missing accessories will definitely come and I can return them to the store at that time. That really made me feel good. I got the accessories and things got better. One fine day about a month later all those missing accessory were delivered to my house. I returned them to the local store. I don’t know how the corporate for this company works. The local store manager really changed my bad experience to a goalless d one.
