Horrible customer empathy after a 753 dollar purchase of 4 suv tires, store manager offered 1/2 off a new tire, problem was I paid 150 for the tire 2 months prior without buying the road hazard. That made the new tire $118 out the door, pretty close to purchase price, no help really there. Decided to go back to discount permanently and never use discount for mine or any of my familys 5 vehicles. One tire is a small price to figure out to never do business with this company ever. Rest assured, I will spread the word at work and all other subdivisions of my company in the market for tires. Their loss in the end. Word to the wise, discounts customer service is much better!
