I purchased a brand new 2017 Open Range Roamer. Used it twice. The TV antenna quit and so did the fridge. I took the unit back to Lazy Days for service. First it took 1.5 months to schedule it in. Dropped it off on Aug 2, 2018. The antenna was repaired/replaced. Today it is November 19, 2018. The NORCOLD company that makes these refrigerators, keep dragging their feet. ITS STILL NOT FIXED. They keep asking for idiotic information from Lazy Days instead of replacing the under warranty unit. A new excuse each and every time. At this point, I'm ready to file a legal complaint against NORCOLD. They should be paying my monthly installments for the months of delays they have caused. It will cost me $75 to file at the clerk of the court. That complaint WILL BE HEARD.
