Sorry hamburger

Ordered 1 cheese burger and 2 bacon cheese burger all the way. Got home was a piece of meat and cheese with fries. No bun or anything else. This was at Red Robin at east chase in Montgomery al. And it was cooked to a crisp User's recommendation: Heck your order.
