SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DISTRICT MANAGER

Went to the storage unit in Maryland and let the store manager know that I couldn't pay the storage fees. On November 15 the military pay system didn't pay me other wise I would have paid the bill and late fees. I brought in a letter from my command stating what happened and to get rid of the late fees and lien fee they added on. The District Manager stated to the store manager he will not deduct anything and I would have to pay the entire amount, mind you this is the holiday season. I am upset ,one I felt that he didn't care enough to work with me and, two I am a military member that puts her life on the line daily. All I needed was the fees waived and not get into more trouble trying to pay them and the other creditors that was effected because of my non-pay. Once this situation is over, I will no longer trust my items with this storage company. Also, they know people have rent or mortgage payments due on the first of the month, why would you have that as a policy.
