Last October, I bought in SONY Store in the Eaton Center, in Montreal, QC, Canada a Sony Walkman model BCR-NWW270. After some months it just stoped working. The part of the eletronic responsible for charging it just oxidaded. But I came back to my country, I contacted both sony in Brazil and sony in Canada. In Brazil they told me they can't help me even if I want to pay for fixing it. In Canada they told me I am responsible for paying the shipping to Canada. I'm so disapointed. I payed a considerable amount for the product, and it just stopped working. And if I want support I can't. I'm extremally disapointed. I won't indicate any Sony product to anyone else (spacially this horrible walkman that just made me lose money and to feel stressed.
