Son rubbed off the code, can’t redeem

My son accidentally rubbed off the code and the numbers are unreadable. He can only read the last two numbers. This was a birthday gift card for $30 on Roblox. Will Fastcard help resolve this problem? User's recommendation: It’s weak paper, Don’t scratch the back code too hard.
