At check in we encounter two other families upset over not being charged correctly, one of them ended up leaving, reason why we keep a close eye on our acct and yes we got 3 charges when I asked the manager he was rude about it and explained it was my bank not them. I called the bank to dispute, and they said we had 3 charges but will only allow 1 to proceed. I have been staying in this same place on and off for over 7 years and I have never had an issue before. So disappointed. User's recommendation: Better training for management.
