Something is wrong with their bill pay system

A bill payment went out that I didn't set up. All they'll say is that I did set it up. I spoke with a supervisor and they will not investigate, saying that I did set it up. That's the only answer I could get from them. If I had received some sort of email confirmation, or if the money had showed up as pending or something, I could have caught the error before my account became overdrawn. User's recommendation: Don't use bill pay or the zelle app.
