Something fishy with this Sunpass company.

It happens to be that I check my account and I did not see my transponder number, I deleted whatever number was there to enter my correct transponder #, then the system told me the number was already registered. When I call Surpass they said my transponder has been reported by another person as stolen. I bought this transponder 3 years ago at CVS, they just want me to go and buy a new transponder. I don't think they are acting fairly here.
