Evaporator Coil has been leaking and causing issues. At the point where we have had to add freon but now it took out a control board and also the coil needs replaced. 7 years and the old unit was more reliable even though we had to add Freon every 1-2 years but I thought buying a nice unit I would save money on the bill, not have to worry about the unit for 10-15 years but the company did not register the product so I only got a 5 year warranty. Talking to all of the HVAC techs all of these "newer" units are having issues but it sucks that no one has connected all the dots. Looking to replace the unit or coil but already have 2000 into this thing. Should of just kept the "old" unit until it wouldn't work anymore but thought being proactive was the smart move. Don't recommend their products to anyone at this point.
