Waited for 40 minutes and left without an oil change. My car was rocking so much so I asked what the problem was. Apparently, when I was there (Valvoline in Somerville) last oil change they screwed the cover on too tight. They never got the cover off and said it would take up to two hours to fix and replace the plastic piece. Are they ———- crazy. I am so mad I could cry from anger. Never ever going to a Valvoline again. NEVER!!!!
