Someone sold me a ps4 that doesn’t work

Ok... after going back into the store, the manager were super awesome. She did everything she could to meet my needs. If you have any issues, speak with the manager first. But unfortunately I wasn't given that opportunity. For future references, always speak to the manager first, she was awesome. Thank you
