Someone should disconnect the robot they are using on customer service

Tried to find out what the wattage of my new 10.3 cf chest freezer is...... The robot could not understand what I was asking for-- Finally I told the machine to transfer me to a REAL tech.. The reply was you will be transferred , but there is a $5 charge , so give us your credit card details. I hung up. I will try getting human tomorrow... not impressed.
