An unknown person is using my email id [protected]@outlook.com to open a Neteller account. I, Salma Rahman is the owner of that id. That person named mst josna begum is cheater! I informed Neteller support about this but they didn't do anything about it. Please ask mst josna begum to verify her email id (I'm sure she won't be able to do it) and block that account. Please do something its really unsafe when an unknown person is using your email id to do things. Help me ASAP. Block the account of mst josna begum.
