Someone posted 1302 se 8th Ave cape Coral I called contact#772-236-**** he never answered but respond by text and told me to pay $50.00 application fee once received he said he would send app, which he did. I filled it out he now has soc sec #my drivers license# before I realized the scam. Now I paid through PayPal on the 3/29 I believe have copy as well as text. I went to location and it is occupied and they are not moving and lease is not up and the landlord was not this guy's name or fake name. I told him I liked it and he. Then told. Me I was approved and to send 1st and last = 1200.00 and he would send the keys I told him to give me a CPL days. Please advise I would like my 50.00$ back
