Some to someone at Rowenta

Very disappointed with my iron and the phone call made me even more dissatisfied. I have used Rowenta irons for over 20 years. The one Im using is a replacement iron that I received after my year and a half old one started spitting. The replacement came with a broken part. Had to send it back. Got another one. Not sure if it was new or refurbished. This iron came in October and is leaking puddles. Rep told me to try and self clean it. That did not work. I tried it when I hung up with me. He said he could not do anything for me. I am beyond frustrated User's recommendation: Tell them not to buy Rowenta.
