Some DLC items no longer available for Dragon Age

Despite the fact that copies of Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II are still, in fact, being sold and the Keep is still up and running, there are a LOT of unlockable items that are no longer available in these games because the servers are no longer up and running (or are no longer up and running at "full capacity"). I recently switched from a PS3/PS4 to an Xbox One for its backwards compatibility, bought the 360 versions of Origins and II, and discovered some... unpleasant surprises after trying to boot up the games. In the case of II, the items were unlockable in the Keep, but several of the items did NOT unlock in the game, whereas they did previously on my PS3: Evra's collection, the Amulet of Ashes, the Ivo Family Crest, the Antivan Garrote... these aren't showing up in the game anymore even though they're marked as unlocked in my tapestry and I can't go through the process again. Now in the case of Origins, this is where it's particularly frustrating: NONE of those DLC bonus items are available because the game no longer connects to the servers AT ALL. When I complained that I couldn't connect, first I was told that there was no need to link "my profile" because I could just upload an image manually (like I was only concerned about my progress updating), and then when I explained what the issue ACTUALLY WAS, they said I'm trying to play "an old, old game" (then STOP SELLING IT), and THEN they tried to blame it on my internet's connectivity and tried to imply that a grand total of six people had "accessed the server" that day. I didn't appreciate being lied to. While this wasn't Bioware lying to me and I know this, I was wondering if there is ANYTHING that can be done to restore all of these items? My playthroughs in Origins kind of relied on the Formari Tome more than anything else, but I can't download it anymore because the game won't connect to the downloadable items. User's recommendation: Don't swap consoles/get rid of your old versions of the Dragon Age games.
