Soliciting under guise of BG&E

Rang my doorbell and attempted to solicit me , saying they were notified by BG&E that I was in a “variable state” and they could save me money . When I showed the man my large no soliciting sign he insisted what he was doing was not soliciting. I will be following up with Direct energy , BG&E and the states consumer protection division .
