SoleusAir doesn’t handle their own warranty. The company they handed that off to doesn’t reply to phone calls nor emails. So their warranty is useless.

My dehumidifier quit after the first summer. Cant get any reply or help on the warranty. User's recommendation: Don’t count on it working for more than one season.
